Many walking tracks around town and around 4 beaches. 1 hour from Cradle Mountain and geographically central on the NW Coast of Tasmania. Mountain bike tracks for over 70 kms and magnificant views from Mt Montgomery ( a 40 min hike).
Guest have access to all the house and yards including a large BBQ area and plenty of grass area in the orchard. Car port to put car undercover and driveway can handle 4 vehicles.
We live 90 seconds away from house and available at all times.
A heat pump is available to heat this double brick house that receives sun from the east, north and west facing windows. The double brick insulates to hold the heat plus keeps the house cool in summer.
All guests are expected to behave in a responsible manner and keep house orderly.
